Message	and sometimes it came out ok, and sometimes not. for example, i ordered some tires from them using a coupon (back before they realized they were loosing big time money for allowing coupon usage on tires). they sent me the wrong size. i called them up, had them shipped back to exchange them, the coupon expired, they said they wouldn't give me tires in exchange with using the coupon. i spoke with the manager of the performance division and he gave me some b.s. about how 275 size tires wouldn't even fit on a Z so i shouldn't even worry about buying them! anyways, i still buy little things from them like NOS fittings and such... you just can't beat 33% off, so that extra savings kind of makes up for the crappy ass customer service they provide. the worst part about it is their phone support... takes a MINIMUM of 15 minutes to get through to someone!
